Barnstable Registry is open for recordings only. No closings at the Registry or title research.
Berkshire Middle-building is closed but accepting recordings at the front door. They are e-recording.
Berkshire North is open-normal hours
Berkshire South is open-normal hours
Bristol Fall River (Joel Stein) Open to Public
Bristol North beginning March 19th will not permit closings in their main office in Taunton or the satellite office in Attleboro. They are open to e-recording and encourage it. On their website they have listed more information. Bristol South (Joel Stein) Open to Public

Franklin County– closed but accepting e-recording and onsite recording if you call from downstairs of building
Hampden Registry of Deeds is closed in Hampden because the Court House is closed. They are open in Westfield. e-recordings are available.

Middlesex North-accepting e-filings only
