Claire L. Davis joined the Law Offices of Sonja B. Selami, P.C. in May 2017, bringing over 15 years of experience as an attorney in real estate law with her. After obtaining her Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University in 1998, Davis went on to attend New England School of Law where she graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2002. During her time at New England School of Law, Davis maintained legal roles with prestigious groups including the New England Law Review, where she worked as the Symposium Editor during her last year of law school.
Davis is highly experienced in the real estate closing process from start to finish, offering effective purchase and sale negotiations to title review, deed review and post-closing matters. In addition to conducting thousands of residential real estate transactions, she is also a licensed real estate broker and New Hampshire Commissioner of Deeds and has received the honor of being admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States in June 0f 2018.
Davis remains a New England resident and avid Patriot’s fan, having been born and raised in Saugus Massachusetts where she continues to live today.
