Marisa brings over nine years of experience in the legal field, four of which her concentration has been exclusively in real estate. Mrs. Allard obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University in 2011 with a minor in Psychology. She then obtained a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Middlesex Community College in Bedford, Massachusetts before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University School of Law in 2015.
Throughout her journey, she has performed many different roles at different firms throughout the area, such as administrative assistant, law clerk and most recently, Associate Attorney. Marisa has also practiced many different areas of law, such as personal injury, estate planning, corporate, family, and civil litigation, before finding her true passion – real estate. Most notably, Mrs. Allard was chosen to serve as a 3:03 Certified Student Practitioner for the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office for her 3L year where she held her own case load and argued cases in court.
Marisa is very experienced with the residential real estate process from start to finish, including purchase and sale negotiations, title review and post-closing matters. She says her favorite thing about real estate is watching the excitement of a first-time home buyer realize that they are finally about to own their own home.
As a Massachusetts resident, Marisa likes to sing karaoke and attend concerts in her free time. She also likes to spend time with her husband, Steven, and their dog, Chesney.
