Michael Lord, having practiced real estate law since 2007, brings with him a breadth of legal expertise and experience in Massachusetts real estate. After first graduating from University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Lord proceeded to attend Massachusetts School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree and graduated in the 10th percentile of his class.
Lord previously held roles in civil litigation and has served as lead counsel in numerous Massachusetts court trials, giving him a refined approach to real estate legal negotiations and transactions. Specializing in representing buyers, sellers and lenders in all aspects of real estate, Lord has handled thousands of transactions from start to finish.
It is Lord’s ability to consistently exceed expectations and provide efficient, thorough and effective representation for clients that makes him such an asset when making a real estate transaction. And if needed, he is also experienced in representing developers and conducting condominium conversions throughout the Greater Boston area.
Lord primarily works out of the Sonja B. Selami, P.C. offices in Hingham and Boston, and is a lifelong Massachusetts resident. Raised in Medfield, he now lives in Norwell with his wife and three children.
