Claire brings over twenty years of experience as an attorney in real estate law. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in English with Minors in Statistics and Spanish from Boston University in 1998. She attended New England Law Boston formerly known as New England School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2002.
While attending law school, Claire interned at the Office of the Attorney General in the Public Charities Division. Claire was also a Legal Research Advisor and worked closely with law school faculty teaching legal research and writing skills to first year law students. She was a Provisional Staff Member on New England Law Review in her second year of law school and a Symposium Editor her last year in law school.
Claire is experienced in the closing process from start to finish including purchase and sale negotiations, title review, deed review and post-closing matters. She has conducted thousands of residential real estate transactions. Being a lifelong resident of Saugus, Claire is an avid Patriot’s fan and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
