Kaitlyn’s practice focuses on representing buyers, seller, lenders, investors, and developers in various real estate negotiations and transactions. She works to ensure a smooth and well informed transaction for all of her clients.
Being a Florida native, Kaitlyn obtained her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship in just three years from Florida State University. She went on to complete law school in just two years at Suffolk University of Law School, where she served as director of the Women’s Law Association.
Before discovering her passion for real estate law, Kaitlyn gained experience in various different areas of law, including corporate immigration and employment discrimination. Once she tried her hand at real estate law at a boutique real estate law firm in Boston, she quickly found it to be the perfect fit. Kaitlyn loves interacting with clients and being part of the special moment in their lives that is buying or selling a home.
In 2022, Boston Magazine named Kaitlyn a Top Lawyer, making her the youngest Attorney to be honored with this award.
